- American Air Filer, Power & Industrial, $500 million industrial air filtration division of Daikin Industries Ltd, a $20 billion corporation. Focused on managing team of 140 members in all functions including operations, sales, marketing, finance, engineering and IT in North and Central America with revenue of $120M. Developed and implemented new organizational structure designed to meet customer needs while reducing cost structure by $1M annually.
- IGP / Epiphany, unique design and manufacturing company that develops environmentally conscious products utilizing AI and IoT technologies. In general, provided advice and direction regarding various marketing plans/details, positioning guidance, a product introduction plan and production/business ramp up plans. More particularly, created a new funding pitch deck that enhanced the message and clarity of the prior pitch deck.
- ITHS (IT Hotel Solutions), IT Wi-Fi and hardwired systems installation and service business primarily focused on hotel and entertainment industries. In general, provided consultation related to new corporate positioning, improving their service/field service response and compliance issues, process improvements and organizational improvements. In particular, played key role in crafting service staff OSHA safety plan enabling avoidance of OSHA issues and fines.
Managed total organization of 48 with 15 direct reports for the Americas responsible for Sales, Application Engr, Spare Parts, and Field Services.
Managed the $250M Global Product P&L for the Oil Free Rotary Air Compressors & Air Treatment Business with a matrix organization of 16 from manufacturing to the end user and all related functions involved.
